Why meditate with me?
The one thing our children need most, is for their parents to be the best versions of themselves. And one sure-fire way to do that, is to give yourself 5-20 minutes each day to stop.
Pause.
Breathe.
Meditate.
‘Meditation for Mummas’ is a SIMPLE technique that I have designed based on my years of experience, research and training, that can be done anywhere, anytime, in any position, and all you’ll need is a timer, (I use the timer on my watch).
You can do it whilst breastfeeding. Lying in bed next to your child while they sleep. In the car at school pickup. On the couch while they watch tele. When you first wake up in the morning. Before you go to sleep at night. Or you could do it on a cushion in the spare room while they’re running a muck in the lounge room.
