Meditation for Mummas
Why meditate with me?
If you’re a mum, I know you’re already thinking, “I don’t have time to bloody meditate! Is this chic crazy?!”
Yes, maybe. Haha.
But in all seriousness, I’m here to teach you a technique that I have designed based on my years of experience, research and training, that can be done anywhere, anytime, in any position, and all you’ll need is a timer, (I use the timer on my phone).
You can do it whilst breastfeeding. Lying in bed next to your child while they sleep. In the car at school pickup. On the couch while they watch tele. Or you could do it on a cushion in the spare room while they’re running a muck in the lounge room.
Whatever and wherever works for you!
The thing is, the one thing our children need most, is for their parents to be the best versions of themselves.
One way to achieve this is to keep our cups full. And meditation is a simple and effective way to top up that proverbial cup (no coffee or wine needed!)
When our cup is full, we are more patient, present, calm and happy parents. And partners. And all-round human beings, for that matter.
