Once you learn this meditation technique, you will have this tool for life. You can whip it out whenever you need to. It will be the safe place within you, that you carry with you always.
The technique involves you doing a simple meditation for 20 minutes per day. But if you can’t manage 20 minutes one day, that’s totally ok. Do it for as long as you can, (some days I only manage 5 minutes myself!)

And, I will be here to give you support via a private Facebook group where I frequently post research, advice, tips and general meditation info so you will be constantly learning and honing in on your new meditation skills. Plus, I will run regular meditation challenges to keep you on track!
