Basically, I will only sell products WITHOUT any nasties. They must be as natural as humanly possible.

Sharing a little of my weightloss journey, 2 years

Sharing a little of my weightloss journey, 2 years ago now (I called it my ‘40 and Fabulous’ journey).

I did it slowly, which is the only way to do it in my opinion. In total I lost around 12 kilos.

I ate a Wholefood diet (while still allowing my weekly treats).
10,000 steps a day. Most days.
Pilates and yoga 2-5 times per week.
And cut back on the wine (I didn’t drink at all for 10 of those months).

Fast forward 2 years I have maintained my healthy weight because I changed my entire lifestyle and mindset. I have a healthier relationship with food and alcohol, I rarely deny myself anything and I have learned what works with my body and mind.

Eating well and exercise is just my life now. Like brushing my teeth, it’s just part of my day.

And my mission is to support others on this journey too. ❤️

As my way of giving back to a beautiful community, I am very excited and proud to announce that I will be running a Community Naturopathy Clinic, offering cost effective Naturopathy appointments for low-income/financially struggling families, once per month from the gorgeous space @earthmothers_community located in Mudgeeraba on the GC. ☀️

Appointments are open once a month on Saturdays and are $30 for 30 minutes. Bookings are essential. x

If you want to start taking care of yourself, start with what you’re fueling your engine with.

The food you eat can cause disease.

The food you eat can also prevent, overcome and heal disease.

Not only that, the food you eat will determine how you feel that day. How much energy you have. How your brain functions. What your mood is like. What pain you might feel in your body. How your hormones are regulated. How your blood sugar is regulated. How well your cardiovascular system functions. How well you digest and metabolise your food. If you put on weight or not. If your skin glows (I feel like you get my drift now 😒).

If you can bring it back to basics and feed yourself protein, good fats and plants at each meal… just simple, Wholefoods that don’t need to cost the earth and don’t need a whole lot of time to prepare, then you’ll be laughing, mate!!

Yep… if you’re needing a little helping hand in the bathroom, two kiwi fruits (bonus points and fibre if you leave the skin on), can help move things along.

Wetting the kiwi first helps to soften the outside and makes it more pleasant to munch into. And I must say, it is much easier and delicious eating them with the skin on!

Your poo is your daily report card… if you are not moving your bowels every day, or the consistency of your poo is hard and pebbly, this needs to change… and I can help.

It could be a matter of upping your water and/or fibre intake (ie adding kiwi fruit into your diet), or increasing exercise, OR there could be something going on in that gut of yours, which I can help find through a thorough naturopathic consultation and gut testing as needed.🕵️‍♀️
