While there are some great GP’s out there, most only have 10-15 minutes to spend with you; and often they prescribe medications without even considering your diet, lifestyle and other underlying factors (such as gut health - which is the promoter of most chronic diseases).

I think the biggest way I support my clients compared to a lot of other practitioners is through my in-depth questioning, my insatiable curiosity for what is driving your symptoms, the extensive research I do to uncover the latest research into your clinical picture, and the continuous ‘check-ins’ that I like to do to see how you’re going. These are important… because we can tweak your treatment at any time if things aren’t working for you.
